The content and intellectual property on our platform(s) are owned by Samia Systems. You are not permitted to use, alter, distribute, or reproduce any of our content without obtaining prior written permission from us. By using our platform, you grantSamia Systems a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any user-generated content you submit. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may lead to legal action.
Samia Systems will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our platform. By using our platform, you agree to indemnify and hold Samia Systems harmless from any claims, demands, or damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the platform or your breach of this Policy. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past six months.

Samia Systems may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to our platform if you breach any part of this Policy or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any related data.
Given the customized nature of our software development services, Samia systems does not provide refunds. All sales are final once work has started. We encourage clients to carefully review and approve project specifications and milestones before work begins.
Services provided by Samia Systems include an initial build cost and a monthly retainer. The monthly retainer covers software maintenance, access to a 1-to-1 support channel, and a monthly meeting to review optimizations. The specific fees and payment terms will be detailed in the project agreement for each project. All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the agreement. If a monthly payment is not received within 14 days, Samia Systems reserves the right to suspend access to the system until the overdue payment is settled.
Clients have the right to cancel their service at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to samiasystems@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, clients are responsible for paying for any services provided up to the cancellation date, as specified in the project agreement.
In providing our services, Samia Systems may recommend using various third-party software and applications. If you decide to use these solutions, you will be responsible for creating an account and covering any associated costs. You also agree to adhere to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party software or applications used alongside our services. It is your responsibility to review and comply with these third-party terms when setting up an account (e.g., with services like Zapier or Make). Samia Systems is not liable for any issues arising from your non-compliance with these third-party terms or any payment failures, which could affect the effectiveness of our software solutions and may also be considered a violation of this Policy.
If you operate within the UK or the European Union, or handle personal data of EU residents, you must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our platform and any related data processing activities meet GDPR requirements. This includes obtaining necessary consents, upholding data subject rights, and implementing appropriate data security measures. Failure to comply with GDPR can lead to substantial penalties, and you agree to indemnify and hold Samia Systems harmless from any claims, damages, fines, or legal actions arising from your non-compliance with GDPR.
Samia Systems shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, war, riots, terrorism, embargoes, actions by civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
If any part of this Policy is deemed unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary. The remaining provisions of this Policy will continue to be in full force and effect.
This Policy, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices issued by Lets Automate Your Biz, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Lets Automate Your Biz concerning your use of our platform. Any previous agreements, whether verbal or written, related to this subject are replaced by this agreement.
